• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Site
• Upload malicious, offensive, or illegal content to quiz sessions
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's code, design, and original content are owned by QuizGames.win. Game rules and mechanics are based on public domain or commonly known games. You retain ownership of any quiz content you create.

6. User-Generated Content

When you create quiz sessions, you are responsible for the content you upload (questions, images, audio). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Quiz session data is automatically deleted after the session expires.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
